As a Lead Instructor at Mountain Viking Tactical Solutions, Danielle lives by our core mission: “Train smart. Live ready.”
With eight years of distinguished service as a Gunner’s Mate in the U.S. Navy, Danielle brings an unmatched depth of experience in firearms, tactical operations, and leadership. Her military career included two deployments focused on anti-piracy missions, security force operations, and advanced weapon systems—ranging from small arms and machine guns to the CIWS (Close-In Weapons System), the 5-inch naval gun, and torpedoes.

Danielle was awarded Expert Rifle and Expert Pistol marksmanship medals, a testament to her precision, discipline, and tactical skill under pressure.
During her time in service, she trained over 2,000 sailors in firearms safety, tactical proficiency, operational procedures, and combat first aid. She also played a key role in rewriting the Small Craft Action Team (S.C.A.T.) operational procedures for the Pacific Northwest region—a contribution that continues to impact Navy readiness today.
After leaving active duty, Danielle served two years as a security officer for the Yavapai County court system and worked in firearm sales, helping individuals find the right tools for their protection and lifestyle. Her knowledge extends beyond the range; she has three years as a custom gunsmith and hand engraver, combining craftsmanship with technical know-how.

Certified as an NRA Range Instructor, Danielle’s teaching style is both authoritative and approachable. She’s especially passionate about empowering responsible firearm ownership and eliminating both victimhood and negligence in the gun community. As a female leader in a male-dominated field, she brings a perspective that resonates deeply with many of our students.

Danielle creates a fun, challenging, and safe learning environment where every student leaves more confident, more capable, and truly ready to defend themselves and others.
